Zyagen immunohistochemistry detection kits are optimized to detect cell surface and intracellular antigens in frozen or paraffin-embedded tissue sections on slides, floating sections, and immobilized cells with high sensitivity and low background.

Each kit contains all reagents required for immunostaining and is sufficient for staining 500 slides.

Kits are easy to use, provided with instructions for each step from preparation of tissue sections to mounting slides with coverslips. In addition to the immunostaining procedure, the user manual also contains detailed technical information about processing frozen and paraffin tissue sections for immunostaining, antigen retrieval, and trouble-shootings.

Zyagen kits were designed to be used with either rabbit, mouse, rat, sheep, goat, or chicken primary antibody using 3 different immunostaining detection methods, immuoperoxidase, alkaline phosphatase, and immunofluorescence.

Pexoidase Detection Kits:

In Zyagen peroxidase detection kits, Chromogen DAB (3, 3’-diaminobenzidine) is used as a substrate of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) for visualization of antigenic structures in the tissues. Each kit contains serum blocking buffer, peroxidase suppresser, antibody diluent, biotinylated  secondary antibody (cross-absorbed and purified), streptavidin-peroxidase conjugate, DAB substrate, hematoxylin, and mounting medium. Each kit is sufficient for staining 500 slides.

Alkaline Phosphatase Detection Kits:

In Zyagen alkaline phosphatase detection kits, fast red is used as a substrate of alkaline phosphatase for visualization of antigenic structures in the tissues. Each kit contains serum blocking buffer, alkaline phosphatase suppresser, antibody diluent, biotinylated  secondary antibody (cross-absorbed and purified), streptavidin-alkaline phosphatase conjugate, substrate, hematoxylin, and mounting medium. Each kit is sufficient for staining 500 slides.

Immunofluorescence Detection Kits:

In Zyagen immunofluorescence detection kits, FITC is used to visualize the antigenic structures in the tissues. Each kit contains serum blocking buffer, antibody diluent, biotinylated  secondary antibody (cross-absorbed and purified), streptavidin-FITC conjugate, hematoxylin, and mounting medium. Each kit is sufficient for staining 500 slides.
