Zyagen offers immunohistochemistry services for
pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and academic research institutes using different
methods of detection (immunofluorescence, alkaline phosphatase, and immunoperoxidase) on
paraffin and frozen tissue sections. We routinely perform immunostaining
using antibody provided by the client on tissue sections provided by Zyagen or the clients. We can also search and purchase well characterized
primary antibodies that are suitable for the client application from special commercial sources
on the client cost.
Assays are routinely run by highly trained
scientists with more than 16 years of experience in immunohistochemical
assay development and microscopic cell/tissue imaging analysis.
Complete immunohistochemistry (IHC) custom services include:

Optimization of tissue fixation process: This includes
selection of suitable fixative agent and determine the optimal
incubation time with the fixative.

Optimization of antigen retrieval conditions: We are using
detergent, enzymatic, or microwave retrieval methods to expose the target
antigen to the antibody.

Titration of the primary antibody
concentration and adjusting the experimental conditions of the immunostaining.

Interpretation of immunostaining results by our experts
scientists.

Image analysis and quantitation of immunostaining if
requested by the investigator.

Providing investigators with a report of the findings
with the microscopic images online. Color prints are available with an additional charge.
